Okay, so Murder by Alchemy is gonna be about 100,000 words.

Goddamn.

Also it's overrunning quite a bit, so expect my next couple novels... hopefully mid-to-late november and late january? I don't know.

'I don't like it,' Nefodol snapped. 'Deiliad, every time you've gone into something alone, you've almost died. Marwolaeth must be practically rubbing His hands together in anticipation by now; you really think you'll escape Him again?'

'And the last time I set out with someone else, Cogin almost died too,' Deiliad said. 'Strange though it sounds, I'd prefer to die alone. I know, the traditional preference is surrounded by friends and allies, but… if these past few days have been any indication of how I'll go, it's best that you're all as far away as possible. There's likely to be a whole lot of collateral damage, and I really don't want the rest of you to go down with me.'

'You're certain there'll be collateral damage?' Koue asked.

'There will if I have any say in the matter,' Deiliad smiled.
